You agree to abide by all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations and are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password, including the content of your transmissions through AAATE. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to:

• use AAATE in connection with chain letters, junk e-mail, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial or otherwise);
• harvest or otherwise collect information about other members, including e-mail addresses, without their consent;
• create a false identity or forged e-mail address or header, or otherwise attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of the message;
• transmit through AAATE unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature;
• transmit any material that may infringe the intellectual property rights or other rights of third parties, including trademark, copyright or right of publicity;
• reproduce the whole or any part of AAATE in any format without written permission of the network coordinator;
• transmit any material that contains viruses, or any other harmful code;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to AAATE, other users' accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the portal, through password mining or any other means;

This portal is protected against viruses. However, the virus scanner may not be able to detect or repair all viruses and variants. Please be aware that there is a risk involved whenever downloading files from the portal to your computer or sending attachments to others, and that the AAATE is not responsible for any damages caused.
